Bicycle Injuries

Bicyclist in Florida have many rules and laws that must be followed. A bicyclist has to obey the some of the same laws that motor vehicles do. A bicycle rider has to stop at traffic signs and signals and observe traffic laws. The bike needs to have lights and reflectors for night riding. Further, a bicyclist or passenger who is under 16 years of age must wear a helmet. Also, a bicyclist must yield to pedestrians in a crosswalk. And finally, you can recover in an automobile accident even if you were not hit by the vehicle while you were riding your bike if you had to take evasive actions that caused you injuries as a result of a negligent driver.
